We are excited to invite
you to the 2010 AFS Northwest Regional Conference being held in
Whistler, BC, Canada
(just outside Vancouver, BC).
Following the upcoming 2010 Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games in Vancouver this February and March, our
conference will be held in Whistler, the Olympic venue for alpine
sports, on May 13 - 15, 2010,
at the Hilton Whistler Resort
& Spa.
At this time we are putting the final
touches on an excellent program with speakers coming from around the
world to fit in with our theme
“Cast Your Future, Solidify
Your Profits." We
have always had great success attracting a large number of foundry
men and women to our AFS Northwest Regional Conference, and this
year will be no exception!
As you know, the strength of a conference is to a
great degree dependent on the level of corporate support for the
event. As in previous
years, we have a few different options for you to support this great
event. Not only does this offer you excellent exposure to current
and potential customers, but it also helps to support the local AFS
chapters dedicated to the foundry industry.
Corporate Advertising
and Sponsorship Options:
We have
the following options available for you, but please note that some
of the spots are limited in number, so please register quickly.
Advertising and sponsorship rates are listed on the
accompanying registration form.
1) Advertising in our
conference program:
The program will be a 3 ½” x 8 ½” booklet that is handed out to each
delegate, outlining the speakers and conference highlights.
2) Table top display:
There will be up to 16 table top displays for rent in the foyer that
will allow you to place signage, brochures and business cards. The
coffee breaks and registration will also be held in the foyer.
Limited seating area behind each table will be available for manning
the tables; however, large booth displays cannot be accommodated.
3) Sponsor the banquet,
lunch or coffee break, or donate to the chapter:
In addition to our Saturday Night Banquet, there will be two lunches
and four coffee breaks throughout the conference. Banquet, lunch and
coffee break sponsors will be promoted with signage during each meal
and coffee break. All sponsorships and donations will be
acknowledged in the conference program.
4) Donate an item for
the silent auction:
If you would like to contribute an item to our silent auction please
